Mary's Carrot Cake

Ingredients
4 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
1 ½ Cups oil
1 Tsp Vanilla
3 Cups Shredded Carrots
2 Cups Flour
½ Tsp salt
1 Tsp Baking powder
2 Tsp Baking soda
2 Tsp Cinnamon

Directions
Mix together first 4 ingredients then stir in the 3 cups of carrots
Combine dry ingredients and stir into wet mix Bake 3- greased and floured cake pans at °350 for 30 min.

Frosting- Mix
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick of butter
8 oz of cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
